Meet the Scholars
An active member of Salinas High's National Honors Society and California Scholarship Federation chapters, Ana has compiled a 3.98 grade point average during her high school career. In addition, Ana serves as her Leadership Class' commissioner of academics and is involved with her school's Thespian Society. She's also a part of the Cowboys Cross Country team where she earned top finalist honors at the 2006 Monterey Bay and N.M.C. Earlybird Invitationals. Away from school, Ana volunteered her time this summer at Natividad Medical Center. In the past two years, she's also volunteered time to the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Salinas Relay for Life. Ana is eyeing a career as a medical physician and is looking to attend UC Berkeley as a pre-med major.
